This excellent series of reviews continues to provide comprehensive and wide ranging accounts of their subject areas. They are useful as a first reference point for those less familiar with the topic and, as each section deals with the subject in depth, valuable to researchers in the field. The review of Sulfate Minerals is no exception. In covering a group of minerals that has been, historically, less well studied, it provides the most complete review of sulfate minerals so far.
